Does the user contract of axolot apply or does my own contract with my tour operators apply?

In general, the travel agent must not be worse off than is specified in the contract between axolot and the tour operators.

The agency numbers can be entered in the profile and are transferred with the booking. Existing agency contracts remain valid. The minimum commission is 10% for trips booked via axolot.

Example "Higher commission rate in my agreement concluded outside of axolot": 
If I as a travel agency have concluded a commission agreement outside of axolot and 12% has been agreed with the tour operator for the mediation, but only 10% commission for the mediation of a trip is defined in axolot, I as a travel agency will receive the 12% in total.

Example "Lower commission rate in my agreement concluded outside of axolot": 
If I as a travel agency have concluded a commission agreement outside of axolot and 8% has been agreed with the tour operator for the brokerage, but 11% commission for the brokerage of a trip is defined in axolot, I as a travel agency receive the 11% in total.

• At least the axolot commission rate or a higher rate, which was concluded outside axolot, applies.
• The commission rate is only valid for the products in axolot
