Why does nothing happen when I click on the "Continue" button?

Problem

After entering the names, TSA and/or APIS, the booking cannot be completed by clicking the "Continue" button. The button does not respond.

Solution

Provided that this message is displayed above in orange background:

"The following information has been changed: PassengerFormTranslationprice...",

this means that one or more names were entered with special characters. This is also not allowed in APIS. Please enter the names again without special characters. Then the "Continue" button should bring you to the next page.
