The Cockpit invitation (email) does not reach me, what is the reason?

Adjust your spam filter settings

Unfortunately, when sending Cockpit invitations by e-mail, sometimes it occurs that our mails are not delivered. This can be due to several reasons, the two most common ones are:

  • Mail server of the agency does not accept the mail
  • Spam filter of the agency's mail provider is set too strict and does not accept mails with the sender no-reply@cockpit.aerticket.de

What can you do?

  • use another mail address for the cockpit websites
  • or contact the admin of your mail server (so that he either configures the server correctly or sets the spam filter so that our mails get through > "whitelisting")
