Schedule Changes

How you can confirm schedule changes quickly and easily in Cockpit.

This is how it works

After logging into Cockpit, you will see a red number in the upper right corner informing you about changes. In the transition period, you will continue to receive an e-mail from your consolidator informing you about the schedule change.

When you retrieve the booking in Cockpit, the following system message appears on the screen:

Click on "OK" to open the booking. The changed routes are highlighted in color, deleted flights are marked in red.

Click now on the button "SCHEDULE CHANGE".

In case of unticketed PNRs (Reservation only) the following pop-up window will appear:

If your customer approves the change, click on "Confirm". The PNR will then be sent automatically in the background to the Etix adjustment.

If the passenger doesn't accept the alternative or if routes are missing in the PNR, please contact your service team as usual.

In case of ticketed PNRs this pop-up window with three options will appear:

If your customer approves the change, click on "Confirm".

After confirming the change, the updated flight times will appear on the PDF documents:

And the information will also be registered in the PNR history under "My Bookings":
