What's a Fare Family? This article gives you an overview of the fares and what they include.
Airline “Fare Families” or “Branded Fares” indicate the services included in a specific fare option per airline within the same booking class (RBD). Airlines offer specific “Families” or “Brands” per fare that either includes or exclude free checked baggage, free seat reservations or other extras and services.
Our own “Fare Families” will guide you through the various individual airline products and make their offers transparent and comparable. By translating the airline brands in uniform “Fare Families” you can examine if the fare option offers free checked baggage or other services. The “?” icon indicates that further information for the specific airline brand can be found in the fare rules.
