You can identify NDC direct connection offers (except for Lufthansa Group) by the NDC icon.
NDC direct connection alternatives for Lufthansa
If you select an offer from Lufthansa Group (LH, LX, OS, SN) in the result list and click on "Book now", the system checks whether an alternative via LH direct connection or an alternative Validating Carrier (usually for USA and Canada) can be offered for the selected flights.
Upon availability, the system automatically forwards you to the "Alternatives" page:
After selecting an LH direct connection, taxes, ticket fees and total price are automatically adjusted. This icon states that the flight is booked via LH Direct Connect:
You can recognize LH NDC offers by the Smart Offer icon also directly in the result list:
In these cases, the upsell function can also be used without restrictions. Seats and extras can be booked additionally.
Besides payment by SEPA direct debit, payment by credit card or Sofort Payment or Paycode is also possible, depending on the agency settings.
Low Cost
When selecting offers with the label LOW tickets are being issued automatically. Seats cannot be added after booking. Please also take note of the information provided in the “Rules” section. It also includes a direct link to the general conditions of the airline. You will receive a confirmation directly from the airline.
