Split PNR

Sometimes passengers of the same PNR change plans unexpectedly and need to travel on different dates. In these cases you have to split the PNR.

How to proceed

If you have PNR with more than one passenger with own seat, you can click on the button "Split PNR":

Select the passengers to be splitted in a new associated PNR:

After split the parent PNR and the associated PNR are displayed in different tabs.

Parent PNR:

This PNR still fits the conditions for split PNR (more than 1 passenger in the PNR with own seat), so that it is possible to split again some passengers from the PNR and therefore Split PNR button is displayed.

Associated PNR (splitted from parent PNR):

This PNR does not fit anymore the conditions for split PNR (only 1 passenger in the PNR with own seat) and the Split PNR button is not displayed.

Each splitted PNR can be managed independently in Cockpit. For example, the associated PNR can be cancelled or voided:

The new status of the cancelled PNR is updated accordingly and displayed on the tab:

And the parent PNR can been ordered, for example. The status is also updated accordingly and displayed on the tab:
